Eternal rest grant him O Lord, let perpetual light shine upon him... May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace ..Amen.
Dad, I still remember your words and actions as if it were yesterday...1st and 2nd November each year, you and mum will send everybody to the church to pray for the saints and souls of the faithful departed respectively. So this is 2nd November 2012, I will go to church and pray for the repose of your soul also.
Adieu Dad.

Life is but a stage, we are all actors on it. When our scene comes to a close, we bow out to the sound of the applause of the audience that we leave behind.
The Agbala family, looking back at the crowd that turned up to mourn your father, you can tells that he "IS" a great man. I use "IS " because he lives on through all of you. Be consoled by the fact that he bowed out when the applause was loudest. Take heart and believe that we will all meet again on the resurrection day
Daddy May your gentle soul rest in peace...........AMEN

I would like to express my sympathy with this couple over the unfourtunate passing away of daddy.
Iam more familiar with emeka, a young man who has carved a niche for himself in the pen profession in his relatively short career through his professional, meticulous and self-effacing style
Daddy will be eternally proud of you and stella
take heart and God bless you

Dear Stella,
May God by His Spirit whisper sweet words of condolence to your ears. Remember God allowed it to happen. It wasn't a suprise to Him afterall. Every living soul belongs to Him. He brought daddy, He took him away May His name be praised forever. Henceforth God father of the fatherless will surely keep you in His arms through and through. Be comforted for He said "I will be with you always to the end of the ages".

Hey Brian, praying for you. |
November 14, 2008 |
Hey Brian,
Just learnt through your status message on facebook that you lost your dad. I want to use this medium to say, as you comprehend this profound loss, let yourself cry knowing each tear is a note of love rising to the heavens. Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer. May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you and the rest of your family now and in the days ahead.

Adieu, great in-law |
November 13, 2008 |
With heartfelt sorrow, the entire Anuforo family sympathize with the Agbala family over this great loss. Death is inevitable and the prize we will all pay one day. Ogoo, though we just met you few months ago when you gave your daugther's hand, Chinelo Stella in marriage to our son, Emeka, we felt your love and hospitality which surpassed all that we have seen. You showered your love not only to Emeka but entire Anuforo family.
During the traditional ceremony of 'Ogoo bia malu bee ogoo' you came with your family and it was a happy and fulfilled get together and we looked forward to a wonderful lasting relationship.
But suddenly DEATH snatched you away. To us, you are gone so soon. We enjoyed the brief meeting and pray you enjoy more in the bosom of the Lord Almighty, who has called you from this world.

Sleep on, with the Lord |
November 12, 2008 |
It is well with your soul, Daddy LN. Rest in the Lord. We all could see your goodness in your own daughter Stella, who has consistently shown that she is well brought up with the highest values any family can offer. it is a testimony of the leadership you offered your family.
We saw you for the first and last time at Stella's traditional wedding to our own Emeka. And we could see your goodness all over.
Rest on well. You have laid the necessary foundation and made all the sacrifices as the patriach of your family.
Our heartfelt condolences to Mummy, our own Stella and the other members of the family. The task is for you all is to continue, with diligence, where Daddy LN stopped.
The Lord be with you.

Good night daddy |
November 12, 2008 |
Death is inevitable and we must all sleep someday. In death according to the words of this hymn we are simply,
FADING AWAY LIKE THE STARS OF THE MORNING
LOSING OUR LIGHT IN THE GLORIOUS SUN.
THUS WOULD WE PASS FROM THIS EARTH AND TOILING,
ONLY REMEMBERED BY WHAT WE HAVE DONE.
Daddy has simply slept from the toils of this earth and that is why i chose to say goodnight and not goodbye.
To mummy and Children, God is your strength. "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning", Psalm30Vs5b. The joy of the Lord is your strength.
