Daddy, it's like you're still here with us. I still remember the picture on the background of this site very vividly, standing on top of your book shelf in your chambers where we used to sneak in either to take refuge or to look at the picture in the big jerusalem bible. I still remember how we struggle to remove you "shoe shoe" when you come back from court (cos of the tip of some sweets). I still hear the sound of your car horn as you come back home, your distinct ring on the doorbell. I will not forget the father christmas at Sports Club, shopping, having a ride. Daddy you are always remembered.

Daddy, bia kupute m. Those were my early morning call from my cot to you as a little boy. I remember with fond memories your triangular trip from Onitsha to Abuloma to Ikot-Ekpene and then back to Onitsha with James my elder brother to pick Irene and I from school. I remember your gifts for doing well at school and your encouragements too. I remember taking fresh air with you in our balcony at umunna; the back scratching and patting. I shed tears as i write these dad. I love you dad.

Oh what a vain world!
Daddy i remember the first time i met you in Onitcha, you were very welcoming, loving and receptive in your words to me. You genuinely wanted to know more about me and my family. You made me feel at home as we ate dinner together. During the 'Amaram uzo ogo' you proudly introduced me to your friends. I've never come across any loving, peaceful and humble yet highly placed, learned man as you.
I had a horrifying dream about a month before you went to heaven. In that dream i was one of the people you gave instructions to. As i prayed afterwards i covered you with the blood of Jesus and i know you are safe in Gods hands now.
